London's 50 year long-running immersive medieval dining experience. We managed sales channels, built MICE agent networks, and developed international markets across Europe and Asia. A four-course theatrical banquet with live entertainment for groups of 100–450.

10,000 sq ft Grade II listed vaulted event space beneath Ivory House. Corporate events, private hire, and themed productions including masquerade balls, circus nights, and bespoke experiences. We managed commercial sales, venue marketing, and agent distribution.
